Shipping Policy
Welcome to Feinkost Delicatessen's shipping policy. Here, we aim to provide transparent information about our shipping methods, packaging, and costs. Our commitment is to ensure that your orders are delivered efficiently and with care.
We offer overnight shipping i.e. orders are couriered a day after placing your order. Take note that all orders placed after lunch, on Saturdays or public holidays will be processed on the following business day. The shipping of products available on our website www.feinkostdeli.com is currently restricted to orders within Namibia. International shipping will also be offered soon!
The rate charged for shipping local orders i.e. anywhere in Namibia, range from N$90 to N$120 depending on the weight of the order. All orders will be couriered using NamPost or alternative couriers that will be communicated. Customers will be notified by the respective courier once their order has arrived and ready for collection. It is thus worth noting that, there may be incidences whereby the arrival of your order may be delayed due to factors beyond our control but that of the shipping company.
Due to their fragile nature, we currently do not courier eggs. All the meat products to be couriered will be frozen in order to preserve their quality upon arrival.
Returns & Refund Policy
Our return policy at Feinkost Delicatessen is designed to provide you with peace of mind. If you've had a change of heart about your purchase or are dissatisfied with a product, you are entitled to a refund if your return meets our policy conditions set forth below.

Return the product(s) on the same day of purchase

Return the product(s) with no alterations to original packaging i.e. not opened

Additional payments i.e. delivery/courier fees are non-refundable
If your return fails to meet any of the above conditions, we may in our discretion refuse to accept it.
